Members

Members are the people who belong to your workspace. The members area is where you see who’s here, bring new people in, and — when you have to — remove or block someone. You’ll find it under Settings → members.

Open Settings → members and you’ll get a list of everyone in the workspace, along with the role each person holds. It’s the fastest way to answer “who has access to our stuff?”

The list is split into two tabs:

  • All — your active members, the people who can sign in and collaborate right now.
  • Blocked — people who were members but have been blocked (more on that below).

To grow your team, use Invite people from the members area. You choose the role the newcomer should have, and they get an invitation to join. The full walkthrough — including external guests — lives in Invites & guests.

Sometimes someone leaves the team, or you need to revoke access quickly. Blocking a member takes away their access while keeping a record of them, and they move to the Blocked tab. This is the safe, reversible way to say “not right now” — you can restore access later if circumstances change.
