Credits

Credits are a balance your workspace spends whenever it uses AI. Think of them like a prepaid meter: the Bridge copilot, your agents, and AI-powered search all draw a little from the balance as they work, so you only pay for what you actually use.

What uses credits

Credits cover the AI features in BridgeApp, including:

  • The Bridge copilot — every answer, summary, or action you ask it for.
  • Agents — the work your custom AI teammates do in chats, tasks, and flows.
  • AI search — semantic search that understands meaning, not just keywords.

Your regular collaboration — messaging, tasks, pages, databases, calls — is covered by your plan, not by credits. Credits are only for the AI.

Adding credits and watching usage

You manage credits under Settings → Billing:

  • Add credits to top up your balance whenever you like.
  • Track usage over time with a usage graph, so you can see how much AI your team is using and when.

A gentle mental model

You don’t need to count tokens or do math in your head. Use AI naturally, glance at the usage graph now and then, and set a spend limit if you want a hard ceiling. That’s it — the goal is for AI to feel like a helpful teammate, not a taxi meter you’re anxiously watching.
