Billing Overview
There are really just two things to understand about paying for BridgeApp: your plan decides what your team can do, and your credits cover the AI you use. Everything else is detail, and all of it lives in one place.
The two parts of billing
Section titled “The two parts of billing”Your plan is a per-user subscription. It sets the capabilities available to everyone in your workspace — from the Free plan that teams can use forever, up to Enterprise with on-premise deployment and a dedicated account manager. Your credits are a separate balance that covers AI usage — every time the Bridge copilot answers a question, an agent does a piece of work, or AI search digs through your workspace, it draws a little from your credit balance. See Credits to learn how they work and how to keep spending predictable.
Where billing lives
Section titled “Where billing lives”Everything is under Settings → Billing, organized into a few tabs:
- Overview — your current plan, next billing date, and credit balance at a glance.
- Billing History — your past invoices and their status.
- Billing Information — your payment method and billing details.
Payments are handled securely through Stripe, and you can be billed monthly or annually.
