BridgeApp comes in three plans. Free is genuinely free and never expires, Pro unlocks the tools growing teams reach for, and Enterprise is for organizations that need full control over where their data lives. You can start on Free and move up whenever you’re ready.

Pro is available month-to-month at €9 per user per month, or you can pay annually at €7.50 per user per month — that’s a saving of about 16.6% for committing to a year. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. See Managing billing.

Which plan is right for you?

  • Free is perfect for getting started, small teams, and trying BridgeApp with your whole crew — there’s no cap on members.
  • Pro is for growing teams that want video calls, advanced search, role-based access control, unlimited databases, and integrations.
  • Enterprise is for organizations in regulated or high-stakes environments who need on-premise or private-cloud deployment, their own encryption keys, white-labeling, and a dedicated account manager.
