A tour of BridgeApp
BridgeApp puts each part of your work one click away from the left-hand navigation, with global tools like search and notifications always within reach. This page is a quick walk-through so you know where everything lives before you dive in.
The left navigation
Section titled “The left navigation”Down the side of BridgeApp you’ll find the main surfaces. Each is a whole area of the product:
Your team’s conversations — channels for topics and teams, direct messages for one-on-one, threads for focused side-discussions, and voice & video calls. This is where day-to-day communication happens. → Messaging overview
Plan and track work in projects, with boards, lists, custom fields, and workflows. Everything from a quick to-do to a full roadmap. → Tasks overview
Docs (Knowledge)
Section titled “Docs (Knowledge)”Rich, collaborative documents your whole team can edit together in real time. Organize them into a nested tree to build a living knowledge base. → Pages overview
Databases
Section titled “Databases”Custom, structured tables for the data that runs your business — typed fields, filtering, sorting, and connections to your automations. → Databases overview
Automations
Section titled “Automations”Rules that run a flow whenever something happens or on a schedule, so repetitive work takes care of itself. → Automation overview
Agents
Section titled “Agents”Build and manage your custom AI teammates, and find Bridge, your always-available copilot. Agents can chat, take on tasks, and run inside automations. → AI in BridgeApp
Keep track of customers, the interactions you’ve had with them, and your campaigns — right alongside the rest of your work. → CRM overview
Global tools
Section titled “Global tools”A few things are always available, no matter which surface you’re in:
- Search — a single search box that looks across messages, tasks, documents, database records, and more. The fastest way to find anything. → Search
- Notifications — the bell that gathers your mentions, replies, task updates, and call alerts in one place. → Notifications
- Workspace switcher — if you belong to more than one workspace, this is how you hop between them. Each keeps its own data and settings.
- Settings — manage your profile, and (if you’re an admin) members, roles, service accounts, billing, and more. → Administration overview
