Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes unlimited members along with core collaboration and project management. See Plans.

Pro is €9 per user per month, or €7.50 per user per month billed annually. It adds things like advanced search, role-based access, unlimited databases, and video calls. See Plans.

Credits are a usage-based balance that powers AI features. They’re billed alongside your subscription, and you can top them up as needed. See Credits.

Bridge is the always-available copilot built into your workspace — mention @Bridge anywhere for help. Agents are custom AI teammates you build for a specific role, with their own instructions, knowledge, and tools. See AI overview.

BridgeApp’s copilot and agents run in the cloud and act inside your workspace. Magic Coder is a separate coding agent that runs locally in your terminal or IDE and edits your real files, while using your BridgeApp account for sign-in, billing, and history. See BridgeApp AI & Magic Coder.

AI in BridgeApp can draw on your workspace context — that’s what makes it useful — but always within your permissions and your control. Agents only use the knowledge and tools you give them, and sensitive actions ask for your approval first. See Tools & knowledge.

Yes. Each workspace is fully isolated from every other, your data is encrypted, and access is governed by roles enforced on the server. See Privacy & encryption.

Yes — on Enterprise you can run BridgeApp on your own private cloud or fully on-premises, giving you complete control over where your data lives. See Deployment & data residency.
