Managing Billing
All of your billing controls live in one place: Settings → Billing. From there you can change your plan, update your payment method, switch how often you’re billed, and review every invoice. This page walks through each task.
Where billing lives
Section titled “Where billing lives”Open Settings → Billing. You’ll find a few tabs:
- Overview — your current plan, the price per period, your next billing date, and your credit balance.
- Billing History — a list of past invoices, each with its status (for example, paid or pending) and date.
- Billing Information — your payment method and billing details.
Changing your plan
Section titled “Changing your plan”From the Overview tab, choose Change plan to move between plans — for example, upgrading from Free to Pro to unlock video calls and advanced search. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.
To step back down, use Cancel plan to return to Free. You keep your data; you simply lose the Pro-only capabilities.
Monthly vs. annual
Section titled “Monthly vs. annual”You can switch between paying monthly (€9 per user per month) and annually (€7.50 per user per month). Annual billing saves about 16.6% in exchange for committing to a year.
Payments and invoices
Section titled “Payments and invoices”Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Add or update your card under Billing Information, and find every charge — paid or pending — under Billing History.
